1. Inspection of hub bearing

(1) When checking the tightness of the wheel hub bearing, first set up the axle of the wheel at one end of the inspected wheel hub of the vehicle, use the vehicle stool, car cover wood other tools to set up the vehicle safely.

(2) Rotate the inspected wheel several times by hand to see whether it rotates smoothly whether there is abnormal noise. If the rotation is smooth there is friction noise, the braking part is abnormal; If there is no noise, the rotation is smooth tight, the bearing part is abnormal. The hub should be disassembled inspected in case of the above abnormal phenomena. For small cars, when checking the wheel hub bearing, hold the upper lower sides of the tire with both hands, pull the tire back forth with both hands, repeat for many times. If it is normal, there should be no feeling of loosening blocking; If the swing is obviously loose, the hub should be removed inspected.

(3) Brake inspection. Generally, when checking the wheel hub bearing, check the wheel brake device. If there is oil stain on the inside of the tire, it is likely that it is caused by the oil leakage of the brake cylinder brake oil pipe. Find out the cause in time eliminate it.
